New York & Co khaki pants with wide legs and back button pockets. The color is more gold than tan.
These are a size 12 and Inseam is roughly 28 1/2” and waist 16”.
If you will notice in the last picture there looks like some fraying around the top of the waist, but that’s the only place I’ve noticed and these were not worn a lot so may have been made that way.
